Today, DSM Dyneema maintains a dedicated Innovation Group and a policy of Open Innovation to ensure that our materials continue to play a leadership role in the use of advanced materials.
This spirit of innovation—continually questioning and probing our methods and assumptions—has, from the beginning, been part of the very fabric of our company. And it applies to everyone who works here—not just the Innovation Group. DSM Dyneema employees throughout the organization are given the freedom to take risks and are encouraged to explore new ideas at every turn. Innovation is an essential “core value” and defines who we are as an organization.
